JORDAN CLAESSEN-SMITH
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Jordan founded Jenga Property Group in 2015 with the vision of providing a more personalised building experience. Jordan holds a Cert IV in Building & Construction and a Bachelor of Urban & Regional Planning. He has experience working as a planning officer in a local Adelaide based Council and previously worked for volume builders for over 10 years.
Leading our professional team of tradespeople, building and interior designers, estimators, and accounts, Jordan ensures every client deals directly with him. This direct liaison offers a hands-on experience, free from the restrictions typical of larger companies. His Building Work Supervisor license (BLD 344 008) underscores his professional standing in the industry.
Jordan coordinates every aspect of the build, from trades and suppliers to approvals and design plans, facilitating each stage to bring your vision to life. His passion lies in uniting people to create lasting relationships. He enjoys the opportunity to bring families together under one roof, striving to cultivate lifetime clients through genuine engagement and exceptional service, even after handover of the keys.
SAMSON TANG
BUILDING & ESTIMATING MANAGER
With over 35 years of experience across Residential, Commercial, Civil, and Industrial sectors, Samson Tang brings exceptional depth of knowledge to his role as Building & Estimating Manager at Jenga Property Group. Holding a Bachelor of Building (Honours) in Quantity Surveying and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of South Australia, along with Building Supervision qualifications from the Housing Industry Association, Samson combines academic excellence with real-world expertise. His Building Work Supervisor license (BLD 304 833) underscores his professional standing in the industry.
Samson specialises in delivering cost-effective solutions that optimize client outcomes. His approach centres on comprehensive cost planning, clear communication, and meticulous project management. Where others might see limitations, Samson identifies alternative approaches and provides optional recommendations that help clients achieve superior results while maximising savings.
